Mouthwatering Healthy Banana Cake Loaf

Yes, it is possible to indulge without the added guilt! This delicious recipe makes spectacular use of bananas! Bananas are rich in potassium, vitamin B6 and protein. 2 eggs
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup organic honey or agave syrup
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1 3/4 cups white whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts, raisins (or whatever addition you like!)

1. Pre-heat oven to 325F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together until combined. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, oil, honey, yoghurt and vanilla for 2 minutes. Stir in the bananas, flour mixture and chocolate chips (or any other additions of your choice)
4. Pour the batter into your greased pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, slice and get eating!
