For anyone who has ever worked in customer service, then you will know the old adage, “The customer is always right.” A lot of the time, customers will believe that they know how to do certain jobs better than the actual employees. In some instances, this might be true, but a lot of the time, there is a reason that employees do things a certain way. There are also a variety of products with easy to follow instructions that seem to confuse buyers and create some buyers’ remorse. What On Earth?
The Amazon marketplace is one of those online retailers where almost anything can be found. If it is on Earth, Amazon is probably selling it. Some people have a problem with size, though. Sometimes they will order shoes that are too big or clothing that is too small. That is pretty standard.
For this customer, they decided they wanted a life-size globe for their home, without seeming to realize what that means. A life-size globe would literally mean a replica of the Earth, which would not easily fit inside a home, or anywhere else other than the galaxy.
