And we’re sure that with a grand mansion as well as a water park, Dion definitely had one of the best pads there. Hefty Price Tag

The property was put on the market at an insane $28 million! You would think at this price it could be sat waiting for a buyer for a while, but that wasn’t the case, within a month or so, an anonymous buyer secured the insane mansion.
