You can see by his face here, that he truly believed he would win an Academy Award for the film The Wolf Of Wallstreet.

Once more, he was passed over for someone else. Leo did end up winning an Oscar for his role as a frontiersman in the film The Revenant, though. With so many excellent movies starring him coming out each year, we bet that he will take home at least one or two more Oscars before he retires from Hollywood.
