This breakfast smoothie is jam packed with anti-oxidants, proteins and good, healthy fats to keep you full until lunch. Bursting with berry goodness, you will feel fighting fit after a swig of this.
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pomegranate
1/2 cup ice
1/2-1 cup cold water/ dairy free milk of choice
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth!
Pour into a glass or bowl, and for an added crunch, add some dried coconut and chia seeds, and a swirl of nut butter if you feel adventurous.
