Where Your Favorite The Biggest Loser Winners Are Now
USA Network’s The Biggest Loser began airing on October 9th, 2004. It quickly became a viewer favorite as contestants worked night and day to lose weight, and lead healthier lifestyles. The show highlighted the importance both of eating right, and maintaining a careful balance between good food and junk food. Everything in moderation, should be this show’s motto.
The contestants quickly began to see results once they started doing some basic cardio, and cutting out high sugar and fatty foods. Since the show is not airing at the moment, we decided to look back on our favorite winners, and see where they are now.
Rachel Fredrickson – Winning

That is a very significant weight loss, and it was considered somewhat controversial. Some viewers worried that she had taken drastic measures to drop some pounds quickly, but she maintained that she simply ate right and increased her cardio. Where is she now?
