Happy weekend! Start your day right with this delicious breakfast bowl raw, vegan, chocolate mousse, bursting with goodness, that will keep you full and your gut happy.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp cacao
1 avocado
1 frozen banana
1 tsp date syrup
1 tbsp cacao nibs
Method:
Place ingredients in blender, and blend until creamy. Pour into mini bowls, and place in the fridge, leave for an hour, then sprinkle nibs and fruit on top and enjoy.
